- ✓No card to start.The free plan needs no credit card and never runs out: nothing to cancel, nothing to watch. You only take out your card to go Pro.
- ✓Cancel without an email or a call.Settings → Manage my plan, Stripe portal. No email to confirm, no “pause” that switches back on. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- ✓No credits spent on tracking your competitors.Their ads, budgets and launches cost nothing. Written posts and articles count (2,000 credits a month on Pro), and sector analysis has its own quota (3 a month on Pro). Counters in settings.
- ✓No add-ons.Ads and TikTok videos are in the same plan. No extra per network or per seat for a solo user.
- ✓Your data stays yours.An “export everything” button in settings gives you everything Dyano collected, as JSON or CSV, on every plan and even after you cancel.
- ✓Every number names its source and date.An ad with how long it ran and its library, an AI answer with the engine’s raw text. When something can’t be measured, Dyano says so instead of making it up.

When can I cancel?
Whenever you want, in one click, from Settings → Manage my plan (Stripe portal). You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I switch plans?
Yes: Pro ↔ Scale from the same portal. Stripe handles the proration automatically.
What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: 15 brands in your list, the one with the biggest budget in full, the other 14 in preview. 1 competitor search a week. Full tracking every morning: Pro. Pro tracks 15 competitors in full every morning: all their ads ranked, each one’s budget, their launches, how you compare, What breaks through and Remake for my brand.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The free plan opens with no card and stays free. You see what Dyano tracks, the rest is locked. You only take out your card if you decide to go Pro.
When exactly am I charged?
Only when you subscribe, then at each renewal, monthly or yearly. The free plan asks for no card, so it can’t turn into a plan without you knowing.
Why is yearly 30 % off?
A yearly payment costs us less in fees and admin, so we pass the difference on. No hidden commitment: you can stop the renewal whenever you want.
Which markets does Dyano cover?
Meta ads come from Meta’s public ad library for Europe, and the morning ranking is updated in France. If your competitors only advertise outside Europe, Dyano will show you less.
Is it a replacement for an agency?
For tracking, yes: knowing which ads your competitors have live and their budget used to take hours in the Meta library every week. For making and running your ads, no: Dyano shows you what to do, you launch.
